Only a week old, and already has a stylin' hairdo!

The highlights of this month:

Well... Owen was born of course. November 14th, just past midnight. Click here to read his birth announcement.

Nick learned that his friends weren't kidding when they warned him that little boys can pee across the room even when they are tiny. After a few mishaps, changing time is now accompanied by a strategically placed extra diaper, and the dogs running to hide in the next room.

Breastfeeding didn't work out, so Owen is now a bottle baby. So far, this is going well, although we've had a little trouble with constipation, but it seems to yield nicely to a half teaspoon of molasses in the formula.

Owen seemed robust enough to put in an appearence at Thanksgiving, so he met most of his local relatives. Christmas was also a good opportunity to make the rounds & get acquainted.

Owen already smiles a lot!
